Accessibility statement
We want everyone who needs to send protected documents to be able to use Sealrift. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What you can expect
- Every control can be used with a keyboard. Adding files works with a normal file picker as well as drag and drop.
- Form fields have visible labels, and errors are described in words, not only by colour.
- Progress and results are announced to screen readers.
- The layout works when zoomed to 400% and on small screens, and follows your system's light or dark setting and reduced-motion preference.
- Text and controls meet WCAG AA contrast ratios.
How we test
Each release is checked with automated accessibility testing (axe-core) on the app and on these pages, and by keyboard-only use of the main tasks.
Known limitations
- The review table for very large batches (hundreds of files) is long. You can filter it to show only files with problems.
- Sealrift does not check whether the PDFs you create are themselves accessible. It copies pages as they are, including any tags they have.
- We have not yet had an independent audit.
